She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman F. Hammer and Helen Hammer (Tucker). She is survived by: her husband Craig; her daughters, Crystal and Courtney; and her caregivers, Francene, Abbie, Lindsey of Benita, DD, Ehrin of Elara Hospice, Dr. Santosh Kagathur, Dr. Daniel Isaac, Adam Farnum and Karrie Krapohl.
