She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Noelp and Lena Noelp (Jones). She is survived by: her daughter Lucinda; her son-in-law Roger Rice; and her siblings, Beverlee Fitzgerald and Robert Noelp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

At both visitation and Mass, masks are required and social distance is to be respected.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society in memory of her love for her animals.
