He was predeceased by: his mother Tollie Sharpe (Johnson). He is survived by: his father Arthur Sr. Sharpe; his son Alexander Sharpe (RaeAnna Asbury); his siblings, Alvin Sharpe (Kim), Allen Sharpe, Antonio Sharpe, Angela Sharpe-Parker and Randy Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Ozier (Roy), Danielle Parker, Alvin II Sharpe (Alyssa), Alysse Sharpe, Alana Vaughn-Burtley (Immanuel), Angelo Sharpe and Melana Sharpe.

Memorials may be made to The American Diabetic Association in memory of Arthur.
