He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy Shade. He is survived by: his father William Shade of Maryland; his sister Michelle Shade; his uncle Bob; his aunt Mimi; his significant other Pam Nickelson; and his close friends, Jami Knopp, Laine K., Cassie, Dwayne Nickleson and Thomas Nickelson.
