It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne White Manning in Lansing, Michigan, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Hill White and William Paul White. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Block (Bob); her nieces and nephews, Tracy Schaffer (Larry), Jody Clotfelter (Chris) and Matt Manning (Laura); and her grandchildren, Parker, Ben, Addison, Cate and William.
