It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Velez of Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Andrew Velez to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Jose Velez and Cynthia Velez (Gibbons); his child Phelan Joe Velez; his stepdaughter Kaitlyn Bower; his siblings, Julie McNeely, Brian Velez (Darlene) and Amy Velez; and also Sara Collins.

The funeral home requires visitors to wear masks and follow safety guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Wheatland Music Organization or to Phelan Velez for his future education.
