He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Green, Sheila Cohoon (Kim), Amanda Earl and April Green; and his stepchildren, Tina and Duane. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
