He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roth and Malinda Roth (Smith); his son Roger Roth; and his siblings, Jesse, George Jr., Jackie, Eugene "Pat", Ida Mae Charles, Mary Roth and Dorothy Pike.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Roth of L'Anse; his son Jim Roth (Staci) of Thousand Oaks, CA; and his sister Gladys Telschow (Jon) of Ukiah, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and God Children.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the United Lutheran Church (21 Mesnard St, L'Anse, MI 49946). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM, at 12:45 PM and at 2:00 PM. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at the L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery.
