He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail D. Pennock and Bessie Pennock (Collins); and his sisters, Pamela Kraft, Susan Pennock and Cindy Harden.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Pennock (Vincent) of L'Anse; his children, Jerry G. Pennock (Jacqueline Whitman) of Marquette, Brian Pennock of Madison, IN, Michael Pennock of L'Anse, Shelby Pennock of L'Anse and Gerritt Pouttu (Mary) of Ortonville, MI; his grandchildren, Alexis Ringuette, Ava, Quinn Pennock, Tabree Tamburelli (Adam), Lauryn Drake (Jess), Alex and Grace Pouttu; his great grandchildren, Seinna, Nico and Asher; his siblings, Steve Pennock (Carol) of Gold Canyon, AZ, Tracy Pennock (Cathy) of Camp Verde, AZ and Jenny Soper (Dan) of Gaylord, MI; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Kraft of L'Anse, Dan Vincent (Barb) of Rubikon, WI and Ken Harden of Lower Michigan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
