He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Baldwin and Carolyn F. Baldwin (Brim); and his brothers, John R., Richard and Benjamin Baldwin.
He is survived by: his friend John Herzig; his wife Wanda Baldwin; his children, Vonda Cvengros (William), Jennifer Ross (James) and Robert J. Baldwin (Mariam); his grandchildren, Grace, Sarah, Jimmy and Micah; his siblings, Zita Castor (Tom), Peter Baldwin (Gloria), William "Sam" Baldwin (Lisa) and Jane Brittenham (Garth); his sisters-in-law, Linda, Barbara and Mary Baldwin; and his friends, Gerald and Emily Rabbitt.
