He was predeceased by: his mother Carol (Schmeiser). He is survived by: his father Richard Sr.; his fiancée Nancy Daniels; his children, Stephen Butler (Michelle) and Amanda Butler; his siblings, Sherri Sprague (Dave), Mike Butler and Kristy Ownby (Chad); and his grandsons, Daniel, Antonio, Scotty and Adam. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
