He was predeceased by: his father Billy L. Neal; and his brothers, Dale, Jeffrey and Timothy. He is survived by: his mother Shelby J. Neal (Miller) of Temperance; his son Nicolas M. Neal of Riverview, FL; and his brother Daniel P. Neal of Elmore, OH. He is also survived by nephew and two nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home, Inc. (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
