He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hayward and Lona Marie Hayward (Barnhart); his siblings, Ernest, Donald, Richard, Clifford Hayward, Lois Marie Voss and Pauline Anastasoff; and his sister-in-law Margaret Hayward.
He is survived by: his wife Louann Catt; his children, Linda Mason, Darlene Mason (Ron), Warren Hayward, Lona Walczuk and Sheri York (Joe); and his siblings, Glenn Hayward, Marlene Leck and Barbara Mitchell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
