It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Agnes Janney of Lambertville, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry and Pearl; her husband Arnold "Joe" Hugh Janney; and her siblings, William Augustus "Gus" Peterson (Ann), Margaret Luczkowski (Eugene), Helen Tobus (Stanton), Harry "Junior" Peterson and Beverly Claire Brondes.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Smith (Carol), Timothy Donald Janney (Diana) and Andrea Del Re (Annalisa); her grandchildren, Todd (Carrie), Jasen "Jake" Bruning, Adrienne "Addie" Janney, Nicole Willoughby and Nicholas Janney (Whitney); her great grandchildren, Samantha Nava (Anthony), Jacob, Branden Bruning, Timothy Willoughby, Landon, Olivia, Adeline, Cora and Charlotte Janney; her great great grandchildren, Erin, Ella and Alice Nava; and her sister Sally Bucklew.
Those wishing to give memorials, in lieu of flowers, are asked to consider The Lutheran Church of Our Savior, The Toledo Children's Hospital, or the charity of their choice.
