He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haas and Eleanor Haas (Fulton); his former wife Margaret M Snyder; his wife Naomi R. Haas (Lewis); his son-in-law John E. Maloney; and his siblings, Bob, Ron, Gary Haas, Betty and Patsy.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Maloney, Joseph Haas Jr. (Heather), Donald Bennett (Dianna) and Kevin Strouse (Gaylene); his grandchildren, Bryan Strouse (Emily), David Strouse (Tracy), Kayla Johns (Steven), Marjorie Horsley (Eric), Alexandra Haas, Shannon, Joseph Haas III and Samuel Haas; and his sister Joyce Jacobs of Lawrence, Kansas.. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
