He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Miller; his children, Brent Hetherwick (Juliette) and Thomas Miller (Darlene); his siblings, Ronald Hetherwick (Elaine), David Hetherwick (Andrea) and Deborah Brown (Bruce); his grandchildren, Jen Semelka, Amy Fredrick (Vince Cesarz), Tyler Miller (Laurel), Ethan Miller, Courtney Miller and Tommy Miller; and his great grandchildren, Reid, Aubriella, Emmeline, Greyson, Raiden, Everett and Mallory.
