He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fruchey and Arleen Fruchey (Hasley); his wife Shirley Fruchey (Shroyer); his former wife Linda Fruchey (Mills); and his sister Judith Burkey (Margaret Houke).

He is survived by: his children, James Fruchey, Robert Fruchey, Jason Fruchey, Danielle Conley and Jolene King; and his sisters, Sue McClure and Laura Dye. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.

Due to Covid19 masks are required during the visitation and funeral service.
