She is survived by: her children, David Lennex (Vicki), Steven Lennex (Renee Ekel), Deborah Lennex (Linda Lauschin) and Joseph Lennex (Amy); her grandchildren, Jennifer Tucker (David), Christie Lake (Jake), Rebecca Kenyon (Matt), Allison Case (Anthony), Kimberly Vujovich (Matt), Justin Lauschin, Jessica Lauschin and Nicholas Lennex; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Ryan, Braxon, Siena, Olivia, Hailey, Savannah, Sullivan, Seraphina and Poppy.
Memorials may be made to the church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
