He was predeceased by: his parents, George Putinta and Evelyn Putinta (Moore); his wife Evelyn Burno; his daughter Lori; and his brother James.
He is survived by: his sons, James (Robin) and Michael (Autha); and his sisters, Patricia Long (Michael) and Sally Schafer (Thomas). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
