She is survived by: her husband Jim "Jimbo" Collins; her children, Lance Vogelsong (Rachael), Heather Brazee (Ron) and Holly Kevern; her stepchildren, Alyssa Martinez, Raven Collins, Jesse Schoen and Hayden Burton; her grandchildren, Leah, Macy, Colt, Easton, Riley, Brooklyn, Bryson and Braelyn; and her siblings, Darryl Andrews (Cindy), Dale Andrews and Dawn DeShetler (Ron).
