He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Welch and Reva Welch; and his brothers, Larry and Darwin. He is survived by: his wife Noreen; his children, Dennis Welch (Rolinda) of Rodney, Connie Edwards (Cliff) of Ionia, Diane Brown (Earl) of Albion and Michael Welch of Tempe, Arizona; his siblings, Allen Welch of Alma, Ray Welch (Norma) of Alma and Adele Szedlack (Patrick) of Laingsburg; and his close friends, Mary and Doug Dunn. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
