With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Jean Boomer of Lakeview, Michigan, born in Greenville, Michigan, who passed away on October 22, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Olsen and Edith Olsen (Rasmussen); her husband Dick Boomer; her daughter-in-law Pamela Boomer; her grandson Nathaniel Wandel; her siblings, Doris Gallagher (Sidney) and Harold Olsen (Esther); and her sister-in-law Carol Bristol.
She is survived by: her children, Sueann Unger (Joe) of Lakeview, Kathy Martin (Jerry) of Harrison, Richard "Rich" Boomer of Lakeview and Christian Boomer (Kim) of Trufant; her grandchildren, Dana Hooker, Marissa Kettler, Janel Munsell, Joey Unger, Lyndsey Huffman, April Nofzinger, Holly Alexander, Drake Boomer, Kameron Boomer and Brooklyn Boomer; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Bristol of Gowen and Cynthia Boomer of Gowen. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
