He is survived by: his parents, Edmun Frank and Edna Sarah Koutz (Steel); his wife Ida; his children, Edmun Koutz (Julie) of Lakeview, Peggy Krantz (Loren) of Stanton, Nancy Lohrer (Robert) of Orleans, Sandra Weston (Mike) of Eaton Rapids, Karen Brandt (William) of Woodbury, Susan Willemstein (Kevin) of Gowen, Martin Koutz of Stanton and Steven Koutz (Sandra) of Stanton; his sister-in-law Joyce; his sister Eva Smith; his siblings-in-law, Doris Schmelzer (Eugene), Orville, Roland (Lucille), Gerald, Merlene (Joyce), Gaylon (Barb) and Joseph; and his grandson Gerald Roberts. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
