It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Joy Stokely of Lakeview, Michigan, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alton Galloup and Mable Galloup (Peabody); her husbands, Lawrence Maxfield and John Stokely Sr.; her granddaughter Karen Maxfield; and her siblings, Alton "Pete" Duane Galloup, Richard "Dick" Galloup and Darleana McDaniel.
She is survived by : her sons, Michael John Maxfield Sr. of Lakeview and Mark Lawrence Maxfield (Teresa) of Lakeview; her grandchildren, Michael John Maxfield Jr. (Carrie), Clarissa Lakusta (Roy), Bethany Maxfield, Christopher Maxfield and Daniel Maxfield (Talisa); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Clements, Aaron Maxfield, Cayden Griffin, Chase Lakusta, Claire Maxfield and Ariella Maxfield.
