She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Weir and Theresa Weir (Martin); her husband Donald Kring; and her brother Martin Weir. She is survived by: her children, Donald E. Kring Jr. (Cynthia) of Durango, CO, Mary England (David) of Lakeview and Bill Kring (Jeri) of Traverse City; and her grandchildren, Bill England (Shannon), Kate Blubaugh (Jason), Don Kring III (Erin), Molly Kring (Josh Juedes), Emily Obrist (Christopher), Tyler Kring (Ashley), Laura Kring and Sara Kring. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Those wishing to send a memorial in honor of Imelda are asked to send donations to the family, to be dispensed to the various Lakeview community organizations that provide senior services to the residents at the Lakeview Terrace.
