He is survived by: his wife Henrietta; his children, Jami Davis, Hugh Davis (Patty), Joel Davis (DeAnna), Eric Forgar and Brian Forgar; and his siblings, Clay Davis (Carol), Paul Davis, Richard Davis (Nancy) and Christa Bunch (Vincent). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
