She is survived by: her children, Allen Nielsen of Chicago, IL, Randy Nielsen of Six Lakes, Alice Straughen (Don) of Kalkaska and Bruce Nielsen of Crowley, TX; her grandchildren, Michael, Heather, Jarad, Alicia, Nicole and Emily; and her sisters, Joanne Forgar, Carolyn Jorissen, Nancy Paris and Jeanine Keeney. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
