With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Don Albert Sweet of Lakeview, Michigan, who passed away on November 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sweet and Eva Sweet; his parents-in-law, Elverne and Alice Jorgensen; his siblings, Marvin Sweet and Beatrice; and his brother-in-law Richard Stashevsky.

He is survived by: his wife Deanna Jorgensen; his children, Dawn and Dennis; his family, Joel Bartell, Dennis and Dawn Sweet; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob Cumings, Caitlyn, Tyler Replogle, Zachary Bartell, Donovan and Lauren Sweet; and his great grandchildren, London, Reed, Reagan, Jace, Brooks and Tripp.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (315 S Greenville W Dr, Greenville, MI 48838).

Memorial contributions may be directed to Samaritan's Purse or Cedine Ministries- Bible Camp.
