He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Patricia Knapp and Calvin Smith (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jack, Jarrod, Hannah Ingraham, Jeremiah, Haylee Howe, Austin Serrano Rachelle Smith, Ayden and Emerson Smith (ET); his great grandchildren, Daryn and Mateo Serrano (Mate); his siblings, Louise Knapp (Mark), Kurt Knapp (Vickie), Bruce Knapp, Betty Voorhees (Kirk), Janice Allen, Denise Knapp, Pat Driesenga, Sandra Kluiter, Bill, Karla Jones, Karl, Jacalyn Jones, Scott, Mary Allen (Mark), Arthur Jones (Karla) and John Jones (Pam); his uncle Jim; and his aunt Carol Knapp. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, friends, and his very special friends.
