He is survived by: his wife Diane Murphy of Lakeview, MI; his children, Jeremy Murphy (Jean) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jennifer Wagner (Nick) of Grand Rapids, MI, Joanie Frayer (Lionel) of Mount Pleasant, MI and Jill Nowack (Ralph) of Grand Rapids, MI.; and his siblings, Joe, Becky, JoAnn, Carol and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
