He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Laura Belz, Sandy Belz (Kevin Haman) and Elaine Belz; his grandsons, Jack Haman and Andy Haman; and his siblings, Kay Serio (Mike) and Carl Belz (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
