He is survived by: his significant other Beverly Blake (Wildeman); his daughter Annette King; his stepchildren, Karen Ausra and Christopher Ausra; his grandchildren, Jacob, Isaac and Ethan; and his siblings, RuthAnn Nation and Joshua Blake.
