He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelynne; his grandson William C. Tetro; his daughter-in-law Rene Tetro; his parents, Glennard Tetro and Adelaide Tetro; and his siblings, Betty Nelson (Thomas), Barbara Atkinson, Robert Tetro (Joyce) and Glennard Tetro.

He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Barbara DeRidder (Neal) and William B. Tetro; his stepchildren, Carla Wylie (Richard) and Mark VanKoevering (Helen); his sister Glenda Polderdyke; and his grandchildren, Shelley Norton (Louis), Jill Brown, Lisa Stehouwer (Jared), Michael Brown (Cathy), Donley VanderStoep, Grace Tetro, Nichole Vallalobose-Tetro (Rickardo), Katie Vandermolen (Nate), Jake VanKoevering (Elizabeth), Mathew VanKoevering (Holly), Kylie VanKoevering, Zachery Wylie, Rhonda Welborn and Neal DeRidder, Jr. (Diane). He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren as well as many nephews and nieces.
