He is survived by: his children, Deborah Mestemaker, William Oakley (Kathy), Teresa Marietta, Patsy Houghton (Don) and Benny Oakley (Brenda); his grandchildren, Dawn Olson (John Hosier), Deborah Shelden, Mike Olson (Alicia), Tyler Oakley, Kenny Oakley, William Oakley, Jennifer Bilyew (Scott), Christina Oakley, Jessica Marek, Mandy Pickett, Joanne Marek, Audrey Houghton (Jesse), Angel Weeden, Jamie Hunter (Bill), Aaron Oakley (Katie) and Amber Kim (Nathan); and his sister Kathy Borst.
