He was predeceased by: his wife Kay; his son-in-law Jim Navarre; and his parents, John R. France and Iva L. France (Riley). He is survived by: his children, Fawn Navarre, Kurt Carson (Sandy) and Jeff Carson. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
