He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Girvin and Dorothy Girvin (Marcy); and his stepdaughter Angela. He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Brian, Chris and Anne; his stepsons, Mark, Mathew (Dawn) and Luke Moline; and his siblings, Richard (Carol), Robert (Carol), Gary, Phillip and Cheryl Fronczak. He is also survived by several great and great nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
