He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fisher and Etolah Fisher (Reese); his wife Patricia Fisher; his son William E. Fisher; and his sister Jane Willsea.
He is survived by: his children, Robert M. Fisher (Diane), Kevin A. Fisher (Vickie) and Lisa A. Ragan (Dan); his grandchildren, Meredith Fisher, Lauren Fisher, Cameron Ragan, Aubrey Fisher, Shane Fisher and Jacob Fisher; and his daughter-in-law Annette Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
