He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Waldorf (Brown); his daughter Angela Nichols; and his brother David Waldorf. He is survived by: his father Gerald Waldorf; his wife Rhonda Waldorf; his son Jeff Waldorf (Nicole); his brother Raymond Waldorf (Becki); his son-in-law Boyd Nichols; and his grandson Cade Nichols. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
