She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Adams and Marjorie Adams (Blake); and her husband George "Doc" VanTubergen. She is survived by: her children, Steven Garrison (Julie), Leslie Garrison and Kathleen Diaz; her stepchildren, Michael VanTubergen (Brenda), Steven VanTubergen (Tracy) and Ellen Tanis (Michael); and her brothers, Joseph Adams (Ida) and Patrick Adams (Michelle). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
