He is survived by: his wife Alice Pence; his daughter Judy Childress-Lewis (Bob); his grandchildren, Dawn Childress, Dawn Beattie (Jim), Ron Childress (Kari) and Lisa Markel (Jason); his great grandchildren, Eric, Kaitlyn, Greta, Urijah and Alice; and his sister Thelma Mason (Dick). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
