He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Wenonah; and his sister Eunice Gohr (Carl). He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Ann Collins; his children, John Stephen Collins (Felicia), Linda VanKoevering (Kevin) and Matt Collins; his grandchildren, Kyle, Andrew, Laura, Kelly, Matthew, Sidney, Mackenzie, Bradley and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, Sam, Madeline, Jack, Gus, Leighton and Jordon.
