He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Frank (Johnson) and William Frank; his brothers, Patrick and Daniel; and his brother-in-law Rick Prybylski.
He is survived by: his siblings, William (Michelean), Roger (Linda), Joseph, James (Laurie Janu), Steven, Ann Przybylski, Kathleen Ambers (David), Jean Schlimme (Elliot), Paula, Judith Wold (Jeff) and Christine Weigel (John); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Kane, Jason Kane (Wendy), Patricia Jackson (Neal), Kayla Ambers, Lisa Haemmerle (Aaron), Kyle Frank, Dustin Sippel, Daniel Sippel, Amber Holleman (Ben), Jonathon, Joshua and Ashley Frank.
Due to Covid 19 a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
