He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grover, Sr. DeForest and Elsie DeForest (Woodems); his children, Steven Craig DeForest (Dianne) of Lake, Joseph Lee Deforest (Jo) of Lansing, Tom Dutton of Otsego and Vicky Stegall of Woodland, MI; his sister JoEllen Polock (Orley) of Florida; his wife Marilyn Tebo; his daughters, Cindy Smith and Connie Dutton; and his close friends, Mark, Margo, Ron, Dick Larson, Nancy Schofield and Nancy Eisenhower. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
