She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Sprague and Sharon Sprague (Kress) of Lake; her husband Brian Spangler of Lake; her sons, Robert "Bobby" and Phillip Simonson; her siblings, Cindy McGahan (Doug), Phillip and Allen Sprague; her siblings-in-law, Gerri Spangler, Scott Johnston and Suzette Michalski (Phillip); her mother-in-law Maxine Lago; and her pets, Chaos and Gaia.
