He is survived by: his daughter Julie (Dan Steigerwald) of Michigan; his wife Melissa; his siblings, Kris Munson (Charlie), Doug Puvogel (Retha) and Jim Puvogel (Debbie); his nieces, Becky Allgauer (Steve Greiff) and Kristyn Puvogel; and his brothers-in-law, Don Johnson and Johnathan Johnson.
