David Dupage Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Dupage of Lake, Michigan, who passed away on August 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore DuPage and Laura DuPage; his grandson Cullen; his great grandchild Amanda; and his wife Karen Marie.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Rodgers (Sue), John Kujawa (Pam), Paula Marie Kujawa and Jim Kujawa (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Jennifer Fulmerhouser (Bill), Janelle Hoopes (Dean), Jordan Kujawa and Kyle Kujawa; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Martin, Cody Breslin, Shon Breslin and Dennis Slawinski Jr. David; his sisters, Diane Patterson (Tom) and Donna Howard (Bill); and his brother-in-law Jim McGuire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to David's Promise, Compassionate Ministries of Jackson County or to the American Legion, of which David was a long time supporter.
