He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Garrow and Georgia Garrow (Vietenheimer); and his siblings, Bob, Archie and Lorreene Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Tomekia Leonard, Shea Boone (Nathan Boone), Tara Garrow, Ginger Ross, Zachery Garrow and Clifford Garrow, III; his grandchildren, Brandi (Glenn Cooper-Knapp), Dillen Leonard (Ashley), Sienna Garrow, Isaac Clemens, Nathan Clemens, Elijah Boone and Elizabeth Clemens; his great grandchildren, Payton, Reagan, Levi and Liam; and his sisters, Mavis Burbank of Beaverton, MI and Melody Garrow of Lake, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
