We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2023, at the age of 88, Charlene Susan Powell of Lake, Michigan, born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Chapman and Helena Chapman; and her husband David. She is also survived by her step-children, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren, extended family members and many dear friends.
