He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hoekstra and Vara Hoekstra; and his brother Robert Hoekstra (Joanne). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his mother-in-law Mary Murdock; his siblings-in-law, Gail Lecznar (Gary), Glenn Murdock and Kevin Murdock; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Lecznar, Kimberly Clark (Scott), Kristy Murdock and Brian Murdock. He is also survived by his wife, family and … countless friends.
