He is survived by: his wife Billie Westmoreland-Underwood; his sons, Otis "Chip" Underwood (Amy) and Michael John Underwood; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ian and Ella; his sister Patricia Shoemaker (Harold); his brother-in-law Alan Westmoreland (Patricia); and also, Sue Laudal (Terry) and Rita Davis (Dale).
